Have you ever experienced the joy of getting a new car? After driving a clunker for many years, the thrill of “brand new” is really something. The upholstery smells great, the dashboard is clean, and the motor has power. The zest of driving suddenly returns and people whip their heads asking, “Is that you?”

Discovering the love of Jesus Christ is the same. The Bible says, “if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; [and] all things have become new”  (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Instead of living the same old way and making the same old mistakes, a whole new world opens. A life of living with direction and hope, knowing the past has been forgiven and the choices of following Christ are going to lead to a solid productive life.
